This program was written by virologiost John Norstad of Northwestern University, along with an array of other virus experts from several countries.
It is the only non–commercial program as of this writing which will remove the INIT29 and ANTI viruses. In fact it is the only one which will remove all of the known viruses at this time.
In my testing this program with Scores and nVIR–A I discovered this is a highly resistant program. It is not infected by either of these viruses even when I let the Virus Prevention program I use allow infection! Also, if it becomes damaged in any way it will inform the user and refuse to run.

The program contains some of the best documentation on viruses and related issues. It is highly recommended that you save the information from the About… dialog (there’s a button for this), and read it carefully.
This is recommended as the best non-commercial virus control program as it handles all known types of infection, including partial and multiple infections.
